ARGHHHH how annoying Chante,

 

I actually got a reply from her and last night sent across the deposit information (a little worried with that as security number etc.. all on one bit of paper for my credit card but i will just keep a check on it).

I have asked for a reply once its been taken but i am not holding my breath, so long as i have it in writing that my date is booked i am not going to worry too much.

What date have you gone for?

I am having a symbolic ceremony also. It will be on a Saturday so we are going to leave on Thursday morning just to get familiar with the resort and have time to meet with our WC and hash things out. There isn't a set # of days you need to be there in advance for a symbolic ceremony like there is a legal ceremony.

Hi Chante,

 

You may get this post twice as they said they are holding back my earlier post??????????

I received an email from Ana last night and we sent over our payment info too (although a bit apprehensive about putting all the card details on one bit of paper but hey ho)

Will let you know how long it takes my end as to when the payment is taken! I am not too worried tho as i have the date booked in writing so thats ok!

Hi Ladies,

 

soon2bMrsLozada- Our wedding is on a Saturday and we will be arriving to the resort on Wednesday. We will meet with WC and vendors on Thursday and finalize all the wedding details. Friday- all day excursion & Saturday-The weddind day!!

Hi Ladies!!  We are back!  Our wedding was Sat June 18th and it was AMAZING!  I'm at work so I don't have enough time to do the full review but will get to it this week - What an amazing resort- they treated me and the hubby like royalty!  The spa was amazing- the private dinner on the beach was the most romantic thing we have ever done.  I was on my 5 wedding coordinator down there - Gina- who JUST started- and she was AMAZING.  Here's a link to some of our photos-

Don;t worry about those bad reviews on trip advisor.  You will have such a spectacular time- WE DID!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
