Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anywhere that will sell fewer than 144!!  Has anyone found them elsewhere in a smaller quantity?  At this point, I don't even care if they are personalized or not!

Please let us know what you find out!!  I sent him an email and haven't heard back.  I wonder if that means we don't have to pay for their day pass..??

Brooke:

Are you referring to the resort's new DJ or are you talking about the other DJ some other brides have been talking about...I think his name is dJ Julian?

I'm thinking about the DJ situation along with a lot of others on here.  I was just told that my reception would be 3 hours.  How are you using the DJ's 5 hours if the reception is only 3 hours long?  Will he be the sound guy at the ceremony for you?  Maybe some of you are paying for extra reception time?

Thanks!

Your pictures are gorgeous.  What a beautiful wedding.  I adore your dress and the orange flower in your hair.  You two make such a purrfect couple, so lovely.  Thank you for sharing your pictures.

Above is a link to our photo slideshow from our 1/15/11 wedding and TTD session. We hired Anel from Adventure Photographers and bought the unlimited package. She did an amazing job, and is truly a pleasure to work with. I am really pleased with how they turned out, and am so glad we decided to use her rather than hire an outside vendor and pay 5 times as much. Really recommend working with her!!!!

We also had DJ Doremixx who brought the balloons, cold fireworks, and masks to the reception party. It was an amazing time!

I will be selling my chair sashes (60) and table runners (8) if anyone is interested....please PM me. My new hubby is dying for me turn to our "wedding headquarters" back into an office!

You sent an email to the DJ?  He is pretty good at responding.  Did you want his email?

He told me 650 for 5 hours or less and 650 for the light up dance floor.  I am seeing if I can get a better deal on the dance floor, it just seems so expensive for a dance floor lol.  He is including all the party favors if I get the dance floor along with the package. I am still comtemplating on it, are you going to get the light up dance floor?

Let me know what he says about the light up dance floor - and of course please share your pics!!

It's all coming me together now, a little less confused:)

When is your wedding?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
