Yeah, I love the photos that have the veil blowing up in the air but I'm so afraid it will blow around the whole ceremony while I'm on the beach. I'm thinking of just doing a cute hair piece viel in my updo and then replacing it with the real deal for photos :)

My veil drove me absolutely crazy during the ceremony!! It was extra windy on my wedding day and it kept blowing in my face. Aahh...so annoying!! But I do like how it looks in some of my pictures.

She did have some kind of light that she used when it started to get dark. She had an assistant with her who was holding the light (it was on a long pole).

Thanks Laura. We are bring our own photographer. And I just loved Claudia's pics of your wedding. I am not sure if the photographer can bring that type of lighting there it would be pretty expensive to carry all that stuff on the flight. But I will let her know.

Hi All!

 

I just wanted to say that I have 1 week from today until my wedding! I'm super excited. We will arrive this Sunday...yippee! I can't believe it is finally here. Thanks to everyone for all of the info and tips. I certainly could not have done this without the forum.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
