You can check out her site and she is on Facebook for all the different designs - as they are all hand painted you can pretty much get whatever. I have already spoken to Mishka and what I love is they also deliver these to your hotel, depends on where but I believe DRC was USD 40 delivery charge
I bought 24 maracas for $34.99 on partymart.com and painted them myself. Make sure you check the size because they sell a lot of mini maracas. My colors are pink and green and I also painted a starfish on them. I am only having about 20 guests so this seemed more reasonable. I also printed tags to hang on them that say "Shake at kiss". They turned out perfect and look a lot like one of my logos. I will post pictures as soon as I figure out. I am getting married April 17, 2010 and haven't finalized a lot of details with Ana and starting to wonder if there is anything I am forgetting! I love all the ideas on here! Thanks girls!

Hey.... I know that I can order my flowers and centerpieces through Ana- as she has sent me examples- right?

What about all the other things that I need... like chair covers, sashes, etc. I fear that I am going to overlook/forget something??

When should I get on the ball with these things?

Thanks!!

rdsjcr, you can get these items through the resort but it is very expensive. I have been doing some research and found that buying them myself will be cheaper. Check ebay or just google the items.

Did you get anything from ana regarding flowers (besides the bouquet choices?) If so will you post them?

********Regarding the Catamaran sunset cruise you kindly requested, I can offer the following option:

- ANTARES, Catamaran (see attached image), with capacity up to 40 people.

I can provide the service for 3 hours at $275.00 USD per hour or 4 hours at $240.00 USD , and the additional hour is $220.00 USD (minimum 4 hours). Tips (10%) for the crew are NOT included. It includes continental open bar and dry snacks. Please, consider $5.00 USD for the Marine Park fee for the people that would like to go snorkeling.

Why 4 hours minimum?...just have in mind that we will be sailing most of the time, so you really start to enjoy the trip from the 2nd hour and when you get to the 3rd hour you will really be having a lot of fun!!!!********

I sent an email back to them inquiring about daytime catamarans, I am starting to think maybe a snorkeling cruise would be more enjoyable for my guests, although I still like the idea of a romantic sunset cruise. This company seems to be a better deal than the others, and they hold more people. I will let you know what I hear back from them.
This is funny! He must have copied the same text into my email. I have been in touch with this company too and am considering using them from 4:30 -7:30 for a 7:15 sunset. He has been very responsive.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
