My FI went to Drexel! I just recently had a bachorette party in Philly and we had a blast!

I wouldn't panic too much, but you need a dress. I think it is too late for most bridal shops since from what I understand they take months to get a dress in. I know David's Bridal and other bridal stores like that would work.

Don't panic! I went to a bridal store one day and came home with a dress....needs very little alteration. I didn't have any ideas what I really wanted except not really formal.....something light and simple. Guess it really depends on what you want.

I am super excited! All my friends are (of course) Phillies and Eagles fan. I am excited for your party in Sept. We are all celebrating about the same time!!!

My FI is going to Baltimore (that's where he's from) on the 1st weekend of October (just few days before our departure) to the October Festival for his bachelor party.

It wasn't my bachorette party. I've had a ton of weddings in the past year or so. But for the one I went to we went to The Dueling Pianos on 20th (or 22nd, I can't remember) and Chestnut. Another BA party I was suppose to go to (FI stepdad passed that weekend and didn't want to leave to go party) They went to Max Brenner's on 15th and Walnut (I am positive of that address since it is right next to my Weight Watcher meetings!).

The dueling Pianos was pretty cool, but I am more of a dancing the night away person. I heard Max Brenner’s is amazing.

Hey ladies! I'm a late join. My husband and I have actually been married for about 3 years but because we were 18 when we got married and he was in the military we couldn't afford to have a wedding or honeymoon. We are having our ceremony and honeymoon at Paradisus Palma Real in the Dominican Republic. I am so excited!! Went dress shopping yesterday- that was interesting. David's Bridal was having a "sale." The cheapest dress I tried on was 300.00 and of course the one I like the most is way out of my budget and is 449.00!! GRRRRR! Happy planning!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
