Worried about the beach

Recommended Posts

I found the beach to be awesome! Its a different terrain than the Mayan Riviera though, so the sand is not as fine. As Dino mentioned, depending on the time of day and how the sun shines, it changes the color. I have been to the Mayan Riviera many times, but I honestly LOOOOOVED Cabo way way more! Its so incredibly beautiful. I was like you, had never been, so I just kind of took everyones word for it. It didn't even compare to how I imagined it. I wish I was back there right now haha!

Also, as far as photographers go, I found a good reason to hire someone local as opposed to bringing a photographer with you, is that the local photographers know the area and the lighting. It really does make a difference. I am so glad that I hired Juan. He was fantastic to work with and our pictures are incredible. The day passed by so fast, I am so thankful that we invested in an amazing photographer who was able to capture it all cheesy.gif

Ana thanks. I love your slideshow. I have thought about that what you are saying about having a photographer familiar with the area. The photographer that I am bring took pictures in Cancun a couple of months ago they were wonderful. So I would think she would do a good job in Cabo too. But I will defiantly think about that I really like Juans work.

Megan- I would highly suggest having your wedding at Dreams. They treat you with the utmost respect and make sure your stay is perfect. I'm planning on getting married there in June and the planning has been put at ease due to this sight and the helpful employees at Dreams. They specialize in weddings so your special day is guaranteed to be perfect. There are so many Dreams brides on this sight so we all share information and ideas. It's great!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
