wow thanks for that tip. I emailed Lisa for it as I coudl not bear going through each page to find out where it would be if at all. It seemed that many were getting it emailed to them. I guess so many were interested it ended up getting posted. I will check it out. Thanks again.

Oh yeah I agree - I am not doing the 3 week start. I never did it before and still lost the 10 pound sin 2 months.

So I could not start yesterday, I actually kind of forgot until the afternoon. Today it is on though! I am going to do low carb for the next 2 days and just do one less Low fat/High GI day.

Besides myself & Lisa, anyone else starting out??

You can always make 4th of July your cheat day! That's what I intend on doing!!

I find low carb days are easy to get lunch without shopping - getting some chicken and veggies or a salad at the deli down the street for lunch. Dinner I will pick up some asparagus to grill with some steaks. Yum. I have the recipes from the diet I bought on line. I will try to load them on tonight - they are on my personal computer at home. I did not really like his recipes though - not my taste.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
