thanks for the support girls! I felt better last night and I know that I can do this. It makes you wondering sometings what happens. You go from being the diet queen to not giving a crap! lol I have like 3 months until the wedding so I would like to lose a bit more. I know that I can do it, I just have to stop being lazy about it!

UGH!!! I am so off track right now, it's driving me nuts! My mom and I spent the last 4 days working on my new house, and eating hasn't been the best. I did weigh myself last week (fri morning I think) and I was up 1.5 lbs in 2 weeks. I was upset with myself, but it's my fault because I really haven't been watching. I'm trying to get back into this, but it's been so hard. I feel like my life is turned upside down right now. Right now, we're going between our apartment, our new house and staying at my parents house. It's nuts and I'm soooo tired. I can't wait to get all moved in and back into a normal routine.

How are the rest of you doinghuh.gif

Morning Ladies...I am jumping back on this wagon today. I had totally stopped doing it and I am not sure why because I was having such good progress. Anyway I am starting again today and hopefully I can lose some weight in the next 30 days before the wedding!

Lisaloo - 1.5lbs is a minor set back, just try not to be mad about a bad weekend and start eating right again today!

Hopefully all you Canadian ladies enjoyed your Thanksgiving, I know I did!!!

I fell off the wagon completely last week! after having a gain in my first core week, when I knew I busted my butt I was very frustrated. And of course it didn't help that DH and I were arguing all weekend, I just wanted to eat more!

So last week was a mix of some good and some bad, but yesterday I started back to eating healthy. I'm not following the program anymore, just tracking calories for now and exercising. I think not restricting myself from certain foods will help to keep me from bingeing. I've also decided that I'm not going to weigh myself for 1 month. I think the reason I always quit my diets is because I do great the first couple of weeks and then it's like all weight loss stops and when it stops, it's usually when I've been working out 4-5 times a week and eating perfectly, so it's all the more frustrating and then I quit. So I figure if I wait a month and weigh myself, I should have a decent loss and it will also give my workouts time to kick in.

I'll let you know if it works!

Jill - please do let us know. I say, whatever works!!!! cheesy.gif

So I thought that I was getting better, but I seem to be getting worse this week. I just want to eat. I hate not being in a routine and it's driving me CRAZY!!!!! I feel all out of sorts with everything going on right now. I know, I'm usually the upbeat, positive one, I'm just struggling right now!

SNAP OUT OF IT LISA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fryingpan.gif Ok, I'm better now. (althought I think I may be losing my mind! lol)

Oh and I wanted to mention one more thing that I've wanted to for awhile now. I litterally sent out hundreds of emails with this diet to members and said to keep us updated with what they thought, you know, all that stuff. ANYWAY, there's like maybe a handful using this thread. So where the heck did everyone go? How come no one is sharing? This makes me sad! :*( Anyway, I'm done my rant and I'm over it! lol

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
