I know it won't be as much weight loss per week once I get to core but the priming phase is amazing ....
:) No problem! I have a feeling that you will do really well with the core phase actually. The nice thing about core phase is that he gives you 6 options in case the regular set up doesn't work for you. I'm doing the camel hump option right now.

I guess that's why we're also encouraged to take measurements on this program. Sorry, just wanted to vent!
Take your measurements girl, if it will make you feel better! You may see a difference there. And yes, you'll weight more, stupid muscle weighs more than fat, hmpf!!! lol

So I had my 2nd cheat day and all was well that day, except for the fact that I may have eaten a little too much! lol I guess my body is used to eating smaller portions now, so when I eat larger ones, I end up paying for it. But I did make sure to eat the things that I really wated. Surprisingly enough, I still ate some yogurt and fruit! lol Now on to week 6....wow, I can't believe how times goes by so fast!

Congratulations girls on the losses! I got home late last night and am happy to see how well everyone is doing with the diet! I need to look back through the program, I can't remember what day of the week I am supposed to start, I'm thinking I'm supposed to have a cheat day on a saturday, but I have to look back.

We're moving this week, so I'm hoping to have my cheat day this upcoming weekend and then get started! My vacation week was like a cheat week, I ate everything!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
