Oh yea i always weigh myself in the morning. I just think its crazy from day to day it change so much. Now since I have started this diet (which has only been a week) I have lost 5 pounds but I just really don't know how to look that, because of how much my weigh changes before I started this diet. I have kinda always just gone on how my clothes fit me. LOL not the best way but hey I know when I have really lost weight that way.

UGH, I gained weight from when I weighed myself earlier in the week. I was so upset and didn't want to continue anymore. Anyway, FI calmed me down and I weighed myself in the morning, which I was 3 lbs less for a total of 5.3 lbs lost in the first week. So don't freak out - especially being women and depending on what time of month it is, our weight fluctuates all the time! Just try and weigh yourself at the same time of day everytime and all will be good! cheesy.gif
yup! you have to weigh yourself the same time/day every week, BUCK NAKED, first thing in the morning, BEFORE eating or drinking anything, but AFTER your first morning pee! otherwise you'll go insane!

You are SOOO right about that. I think most of us who've done some kind of weight loss thing know all about the "right" way to weigh ourselves! lol

TOO FUNNY!!! lol

So on another note, I have a confession. Yesterday was a bad day for me emotionally and the FI was gone to do some volunteering. I was just looking for something to eat when I came across Tostitos - yummy!!! Anyway, I only ate 6 of the multi-grain kind but I felt horrible afterwards because it was my first time cheating! I confessed to the FI this morning and he told me that he had cheated and drank a diet Dr Pepper yesterday. LOL So I guess I wasn't the only one. But anyway, I don't want to be a "food" cheater!! lol

Lisa - no worries, it's not like you had a big mac or something, just hop back on and keep up with the diet. I have a coffee every morning, so I'm not much better either.

Steph - if you're the founding member then wtf does that make me? lol I am so bad for cheating on my diets...I'm lucky this one keeps me relatively sane. wink.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
