Go Lisa!  That's awesome.  Glad you made it to your first cheat day Pam!!!

I also weight myself every day.

I go on my honeymoon this Saturday to Saturday, and I am going to start the program from the REAL beginning as soon as I get back.  Looking forward to it!

BAH!!!!!  I was up 0.6 this week but honestly, it's not that huge.  That time of the month, plus a few parties explains the whole thing.  Hoping for a loss this week!

K and I are getting tired of the same ol' food so we need to change it up.  What are you guys having for breakfast?  We do hard boiled eggs, with cheese and either a no carb food or low carb.  I need quick, easy ideas!!

0.6 is no biggie, Lisa - you will be down that in no time.

For breakfasts I usually have cottage cheese with diced tomato and fresh cracked pepper on it.  Or I will make scrambled eggs with a bit of cheese, green onion, jalapeno and mushroom in it.  Sometimes I will just do boiled eggs too.

I have been out of province for the week and have not been keeping my eating quite on program, but I am being very careful.  Hopefully trying on all of these dresses will have burned off a few calories!  We will see when I get home on Thursday!

Just got back from the honeymoon - only gained 4 pounds - miracle!  I must have had at least 4 frozen drinks a day :)

Lisa, I might have told you before but I make crustless quiches - this makes 4 servings so its perfect for Sunday - Wednesday breakfast:

6 egg whites

6 whole eggs

1/3-1/2 cup shredded cheese

2 cups of lightly cooked veggies (onions & mushrooms, peppers & onions, broccoli)

With oven @ 350.

Pour eggs into an 8in round cake pan.  lightly add veggies and mix around so they are all covered by eggs.  sprinkle cheese on top.  Add a few dashes of spices - pepper, cayenne pepper, basil, etc - and cook for around 30 mins.  I usually check on it starting with 20 mins and then every 3 mins afterwards to make sure I don't over cook.

Anyways, the combinations of veggies & different cheeses and spices usually is enough to keep me happy!  I also have added sausages or ham as well.

I eat what they call "Deck-fast" - so this is easy enough for me to heat up for a minute once I get to work and eat it.  Usually the egg smell is not too overpowering either :)

Hey ladies!! I would love any info you can give..I'm not looking for major weight loss, but I added 2 inches to my waist and 1 inch to my hips since ordering my dress and now it doesn't fit :o( I'm so down right now and could definitely use some support and tips!  I am headed back to the gym regularly, but eating right is the HARDEST for both me and FI (who has gained at least 30-35lbs since we first met).

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
