haha thanks Lisa! Yeah, October has been a mess for me, foodwise...I can relate! Anyway, all that matters is that you're hopping back on. :) I was thinking about doing the priming phase again but I realized last night that I just don't think I have the willpower to do that...again! lol But kudos to you for trying to! And 4 lbs isn't too shabby at all, once you're back on it will fall of anyway, it's probably just water retention I think.

yeah, i think most of my fat is water retention - yeah, i like that idea!! lol

it's gonna be difficult to get back on track, although I haven't totally fallen off as I still eat my breakfast and lunch like I should, it's the dinner and snacks that are the problem right now!

Hey ladies. Sorry I disappeared for awhile. DH and I were doing well for a few weeks, then we both looked at each other one day and said this isn't the plan for us. It just wasn't sustainable for us. So we're joining Weight Watchers on Saturday because that really seems to be the only thing that works for us. I wish I could do the plan on my own, but there is something to be said about those meetings working. Anyway, I just wanted to give you the update. Good luck Kathy and Lisa (and anyone else still chugging along)!

Thanks for the update Kristy and I wish you all the best of luck on WW. The first time I followed WW, I lost 75lbs so it's def. a great plan. For some reason though now, my mind doesn't do well with the WW so that's why I thought that I would try something different.

FI and I are back on track as of yesterday. We're working on the 3 week priming phase again. I know it's going to be hard, but I REALLY want to lose 20 lbs before the wedding, which is only 2 months away now. I don't know if I can do it, but it'll be close! We had a really rough month, with packing, moving, living in 3 places, it was nutso but we're FINALLY into the new house and into a normal routine.

Sunday was a cheat day, which was great because it was the day after Halloween and we had a bunch of candy left over. I did well yesterday until after dinner when I needed a hot chocolate. I got sick this weekend and I just needed something to try and make this stuffy nose go away. I don't do coffee or tea and hot water seemed boring to me, so HC it was! I don't consider it to be really cheating, just a little cheating. Anyway, today is better and I am sticking to this all week for sure.

Just writting all this out helps me with this so I apologize now for the novels that I may be writting in the future! lol

I hope that you're still doing well Kathy! cheesy.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
