i'm sure you haven't totally ruined your diet. just get back on the horse whenever you're up to it. everyone has off days and you have a good excuse!

Lisa - I read about that cheating stuff from last season, that's SO not cool. Seriously, it's for our health, why cheat? I don't get it. Anyway, I'm glad to hear that it's up and running again. I would have considered it except for the fact that I'll be super busy over the next few months and I know that I wouldn't be able to participate as much as I wanted. Good luck to you girl, I hope you win it all!!!
As for me and the diet, I'm having a rough time. I didn't lose last week and so far this week, it doesn't look like I'll be losing either. I'm still following the diet and only cheating on cheat days but I think it's because we've been eating out alot. Yes, we still eat only what we're supposed to, but restaurant food isn't always the best thing. I haven't exercised either because well, I'm lazy! lol We've cancelled our gym membership because we're moving and it just won't be convenient for us to go there anymore. I do need to get back into that routine, but right now, it's just not happening! AHHHHHHHHH!!! I'm hoping that I'll get back on track as I still want to lose more weight before the wedding!!

For my shakes I picked up some special K protein shake....its good...so its probably not the right kind. LOL It does say its whey protein though...
I have a little over a week until my first cheat day, yippee!! I can't wait, there is a package of cookies in my fridge that has been calling my name for the past two weeks!
