    Kathy - yeah, that's the problem. there is lots of carbs in them. oh I dunno....I was just looking for something chocolate to eat yesterday and came across those at wal-mart! lol

      lol Lisa, you remind me of me! :) I would prefer a protein bar to a shake too because they actually taste decent, but alas, there's just way too many carbs in them for me.

        grrrrrrrrrrr this is way too frustrating!!!

        on a happier note, unofficially (since my weigh-in day is tomorrow), i've lost another 2 lbs, woooo!!! cross your fingers that it stays the same tomorrow morning! lol

            It will be Thursdays until cottage season is over. I don't work on Fridays so I'm always out there Thurs night. So once we don't go out to camp anymore, official weigh-in day will be Saturdays. Man, this is confusing! lol

                  and i agree, no protein bars.. besides they taste all fake chocolate and nasty... wait until your cheat day and eat a candy bar :)

                    Finzup - yeah you're right, the protein bars I've had taste chalky/bland if that makes any sense. I was kind of grossed out by em lol. I'm SOOOO having chocolate this saturday for cheat day, woot!

                      So it's official - I lost 3.2 lbs this week for a grand total of 13.1!!!!!!!!! I'm so freakin' excited! I hope that I can keep on this track. I have just under 25 lbs that I would really love to lose before the wedding, which is only 4 months away now! yikes! I hope that I can do it!!!
