Steph - omg I LOVE corn dogs, so jealous of your cheat day right now haha
So yeah, I decided I'm not having cheese as my a.m. snack anymore since it facks up my stomach really bad and makes me feel like crap. I'm replacing it with a protein shake, hopefully that'll be better. I didn't really feel like the cheese had enough protein in it for me anyway so I'm sure this will be a good solution to that.

i need to start the diet soon. i got on the scale (against my better judgement because i knew i wouldn't like what i saw) and i have gained back TEN pounds since the wedding in may. yikes. maybe i'll start while DH is away for the week for work and won't be around tempting me with his cooking.

Anyway, just wanted to give a heads up--- I have been feeling great, and the FI is just starting his low gi/gl days sooner than me.

So, so far this morning, I've had my bagel from Timmy's. Mmmmmm. I've also had some cookies and milk. My grandfather had some Pilsbury cookies that he wanted me to make for him, so I did that already. (been up since 5:30 yikes!) I do plan on eating other crap food today, which I'm excited about. I know that ice cream will be in there somewhere and def. a REAL Pepsi, not some diet crap! lol So far, I don't have a belly ache! lol I hope that you ladies are all doing amazing today!!!
