      YEAH KATHY!!!!!!!!!!! That's so freakin' exciting.

      I don't have long to write much because I "should" be working but I just wanted to say that this was a really hard weekend but I stuck it out and I lost another 2.8 lbs for a total now of 8.1 lbs! WOO HOO!!!!

        Wow you gals are doing so great congrats!!! Kathy how long have you been on the diet.. well life style change as I like to call it? I have officially started I hope I get the great results like the two of you!

          I'm so excited to hear how well you girls are doing! Congrats Lisa & Kathy on your losses, that's fantastic!

          Kathy thank you so much for the tips, it really helps to hear about what you can & can't do from someone that this has worked for.

          And as far as the protein shake, I think I'm going to shake mine up with water and ice and then take the ice out and just chug it, if it's that yucky!

            I can't do the shake thing either and at the moment, I'm not replacing it with anything. Do you guys think that's bad? Or should I at least be taking something instead?

              So I have been doing a loose version of the CYWT diet, I did the diet for a few weeks and then I decide I didn't want to live without my carbs, so I have been watching my portions and still eating healthier and not taking in "liquid calories" like soda unless its diet and then there are no calories.. anyways, I am down 14 lbs this morning. I am going to the gym or doing a workout DVD 4-6 days a week and I think that is helping. I am glad its finally starting to come off, I wasn't dropping anything for the longest time. I did have to give up Ice Cream though, which made me sad until I saw the scale this morning, lol.

                Great job STEPH!!!!!!! that's so super exciting! 14 lbs is awesome! I don't know how you gave up ice cream, that's a for sure for my cheat days! lol
