Bride to be sweaters

Recommended Posts

Hi

I have soo many questions today as today is my "to do" day so sorry about that. I am on the look out for a white hooded short sleeve sweater that I can embrioder "Soon to be Mrs.....". Does anyone know where to get one. I found a long sleeve, but this will be too hot in Jamaica lol. I am in Whitby, Ontario and I am willing to order off line but would prefer to get it locally. I went on some sites that specialize in this and they didn't even have a short sleeve? Plus they charge you an arm and a leg!! I even went on Victoria Secret and nothinghuh.gif Any advice where to go would be great.

P.sss Has anyone done iron on letters on a tank top for "bride" or Mrs... If so what did you get and where and how did it work out? I am tempted to just go and buy one but it seems much cheaper to DIY BUT I don't want it to look GHETTO LOL

Thank you, thank you, thank you

Hey...I came across the "Joe" brand at the Superstores (of ALL places) and there were some white short sleeved hoodies there. They were very light cotton.

I bought some of my DIY iron on's at Micheal's in Oshawa. I'm sure you'll be able to find what you are looking for there. I don't have any pics for you but I can attest that they turn out fabulous and soooo not ghetto looking.

I hope you get all your stuff done today!

Totally random, but I just bought one of those jackets at Wal-Mart in the work out clothes section. You might try some sporting good stores that carry the cute work out clothes too.

I'm going to TRY to iron on rhinestones like some of the other girls on here.

I purchased the rhinestones from an ebay seller.

Hope this helps :)

I agree with the Old Navy idea. Take a look at Michaels for the iron-on's they have FANTASTIC rhinestone ones that are too cute and very good quality for about $6. They have Bride, Maid of Honor, Bridesmaid... you name it.

Another great place for hoodies is American Apparel. Good quality, and several styles.

Heather,

Classy Bride has all kinds of bridal clothing, hoodies, tank tops, etc. I got hot pink tank tops with crystal "Bridesmaid" on them for the girls, flower girl and 2 tank tops for myself. They are really good queality too, because some tanks you get, especially white, are really thin and cheapsad.gif Can get a little pricey with the shipping to Canada thoughsad.gif I paid $90 for 3 tops. Amazing service!! I ordered them tuesday and had them delivered to my office by Friday the same week!!

You ladies are so kind and helpful! I did try Old Navy and they had no short sleeve. I did actually see exactly what I wanted in the Superstore "jennierin" but they didn't have white sad.gif I am having nooo luck. I tried Zellers, Walmart you name it. I am still on the hunt but if any of you ladies come across one please let me know. Thanx a bunch!

Heath

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
