Its called the HCG diet...Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a glycoprotein hormone produced in pregnancy. So you take the drops/shots.. I take the drops and it basically what is does instead of feeding a fetus.. it feeds off the fat. So all those stubborn areas you can never ever get rid of sort of disappear. It is a pretty strict diet. But very healthy, fruits, vegetables, proteins, water etc.
I really really like this plan and heard about it from a friend who did really well on it and a couple of girls I work with in the hospital also have done it and have seen great results. It is all about portion size and food control. I have been on it for 20 days and have lost 14 pounds. You can do it the diet for up to 40 days. And then you go on a maintenance plan to keep the weight off etc. I feel extremely healthy and fit and love waking up in the morning to feel myself... almost smaller! Hard to believe but its true!!!!!
I think before the wedding around december I will do another round of it, to be exactly where I want to be for my January wedding!
Just wondering if anyone else has tried it?? And what you thought? Or if anyone is thinking about trying it!?

KarlaS- Yes I am strictly 500 calories and it is extremely important. And the first 2 days I thought I was going to die! But after that I was totally good! If I am craving something, which isnt very often now, I have a taste of it and I am satisfied. I love the diet because it really helps you to eat in moderation! So far so good!

Please tell me if you girls had trouble getting back on once you got off. I find that I haven't been able to get past this point, and it's killing me!
i do suggest it if you have the willpower, however, it's just a little difficult giving yourself actual injections of the hormone. Did you guys have to take any injections, or just the drops? I wonder if the drops are as good, bc i will switch to that! Shots leaves bruises sometimes, and is a little painful, but you get used to it for sure!
