Can I get some assistance on printing passport Invites. I've already created them in Publisher but when I do a test print I can never get the pages to fall in proper order! Also whats the best typw of paper and how do I make sure I cut it so it looks pro (ish)?

As far as paper goes you can use heavier paper...I think I used 60-70 lb for mine and 105 lb cardstock for the covers. For cutting you can buy a paper cutter from any craft store or in any scrapbooking section of a store.

I didn't use Publisher for my passport invites but hopefully others can help you with getting the paper to fall in order.

Getting the pages in proper order is tricky!

My suggestion is to cut a piece of notebook paper into 4, fold each one in half and stack them to make them into a booklet. The go through and number each page and write on the pages what is supposed to be on each one. When you're done, you can take it apart, and see what is supposed to be next to what, and printed on the back of what.

As far as paper - use a heavy cardstock (100# or more) for the cover, and a heavier weight page (at least 28#, 35# if you can find it) for the insides.

Good luck!

Megan your day is almost here! Congrats! I actually found your template a couple of months ago and used it for my invites too. For the life of me I couldn't remember where I found it and then this thread pops up. Thanks a million for sharing and now I know who to thank in my planning thread :)

I've attached a copy of my version of the inside pages of the passport. I purchased shiney white metallic paper from paperandmore.com then just took it to Kinkos and had them print it out. They turned out super cute!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
