ok that woman is horrible #1 and #2 I can not believe she asked for the flowers back, I would tell her to go fly a kite, and that she needs to fully refund you for the flowers you paid for and the inconveince she has set on you!!!!!!! un believable! def blog everywhere you can not to use this woman ever again!!!! future brides beware. Now can you get a real bouquet at your destination?? You may have enough time to get exactly what you are looking for! If not check out etsy.. Im doing clay flowers and you may be able to write someone on there get them made and shipped to you with in the week! it does not hurt to try! pm if you want the name of my girl she is amazing!and speedy!

UPDATE: I found a really wonderful florist who's going to make a bouquet for me for the church wedding tomorrow. It won't be peonies, but that's okay, I've decided to dedicate a little prayer to my dad instead.

Crystal has agreed to pay for the bouquet that I had to buy for the church wedding, and says she is still going to send me my order in time for the beach wedding (hopefully it works out this time!). She is very sorry this has happened, and at this point I'm just going to let it go and just concentrate on enjoying the day tomorrow. I'll leave the worrying about the flower order arriving for another day..

Thanks again to everyone for all their support! Couldn't have worked through this without you guys! :)

I'm glad that you were able to work something out for your ceremony today, and I'm sure the prayer for your father was beautiful :) My fingers are crossed for you that you get your bouquet for the DW in time as well. This whole situation is just not acceptable - we're not talking about just any flowers here - these are for your WEDDING!!! I know I'm new to this forum, but this is not the first complaint I've seen about this vendor. It just doesn't seem like there's any urgency on her part or understanding of just how critical a bride's flowers are.

This is unacceptable and she needs to make it right.

Best of luck!!
I have to say I completly agree! I work in the service industry and this is what we would do.
I wish you all the best and I hope everything works out - keep us posted.

Happy thoughts !!

Hi everyone, just wanted to give a little update!

I had a wonderful legal wedding ceremony! My last minute bouquet that I ran out and got the day before the wedding was BEAUTIFUL and came ON TIME... I had a wonderful day, and luckily everything turned out well, despite the drama that had happened the day before...

Meanwhile, I still haven't been given ANY money back for the cost of this last minute bouquet, even though Bittersweet has posted on THIS forum that she has ALREADY GIVEN it to me! I also don't have any emails stating that my actual flower order from her has been shipped either, so I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that it will arrive in time for my beach wedding, however I have yet to be pleasantly surprised by this vendor...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
