    I'm am about to LOSE IT! Not only did I get my flower order from Bittersweet later than the deadline I gave but IT'S THE WRONG ORDER!! I've RECEIVED SOMEONE ELSE'S flowers!! My legal church wedding IS TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've tried to contact her but can't get ahold of her...
    I don't know what to do!

      omg im so sorry! i have no idea what you can do either Is your legal church wedding big or just the two of you?

        they best be couriering you the new flowers today or tomorrow morning is what i say!!!!

          Omg that sucks, I'm so sorry about this! I agree with Nadine, can you get them to courier them to you asap?

            I agree, they need to overnight them. Call them ASAP, even overnight shipments have a cut-off time.

                that is absolutely horrible! and I would fight until you get exactly what you want, which should be your money back!And def anywhere you can write a review about this woman/company.. I would do so!

                  I am Sorry to say that, but I hope they didn't send your flowers to another bride...
                  If you don't have them for tomorrow, go to a florist, buy a bouquet, or go to the supermarket or somewhere you can grab a nice bouquet. And don't stop trying to contact Bittersweet, they need to fix the problem in a way or in another.

                    She's emailed me and said she would give a refund and I need to send the other flowers back.. UM HELLO?? I NEED MY FLOWERS!!!!!!!!! I DON'T WANT A REFUND!! THAT'S NOT GOING TO HELP ME! She's going to ruin both the church wedding AND my beach wedding!!!!

                      1st - breathe :) Your wedding(s) will be amazing with or without flowers. 2nd - contact her tell her you will send the flowers back AT HER EXPENSE and will also be contacting a local florist to get flowers for your ceremony tomorrow..also AT HER EXPENSE

                      This is unacceptable and she needs to make it right.
