I have a similar situation with some charges on my Chase card. Deposit paid at the end of Sept. for services to be performed in June. Vendor couldn't follow through--had to find another vendor, but vendor refused to refund my deposit. I just got off the phone with Chase, and they said that I had to dispute everything in writing. Keep track of all emails, documents, faxes, etc. that you've sent her. Good luck!
