Hair colour opinions!

Recommended Posts

Yes, dark brown with highlights, you want your wedding pictures to look like you, and if the blonde is just something you are trying now, you might regret it.

I have a similar situation my hair is naturally a dark blonde, but I have gone really dark, and also red! I am keeping it blonde for the wedding because that is the colour I usually have.

Also, the dark with the caramel highlights in the pic you just posted is stunning on you, it makes your eyes pop! :)

You have a gorgeous face and a complexion that can handle either extremes... I vote that you go darker with highlights to have the best of both worlds. Obviously you'd be doing this with a professional so the colour doesn't look botched or fake.

Again... I love love love that dress!!!!

Go with what you feel best as -I've had every hair color but I always end up going back to blond (a lot of blond highlights). You still have some time for people to get used to your blond-ness! I think you look better with the blond!

Super difficult because you look great in both colors. However, given that brown is your real color, and you have only been blonde for a short period, I think dark is better because this is your "true" personality and you might get tired of blonde - and regret have your wedding pictures with the blond hair.

Thanks again for all of your opinions smile03.gif

I took the first step today and started putting in low lights so I'm going to work my way back to dark brown with highlights. As much as I love the blonde as many of you have said I don't want to look back at my wedding pictures and think that I don't look like myself. Plus I do like myself with dark hair also AND FH finally admitted to me that he likes me better with dark hair. He kept telling me that he likes me with either hair colour but he was just waiting to give his true opinion when I picked what he liked. Men, lol!

Michele I think that you look great with both colours but the blonde is really striking on you!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
