OMG!! My FI's theory is "the counters are granite, you can't see the crumbs anyway" SICK!!!!

yes, but the bugs can smell them!!! I haven't had an ant problem yet, but if we do I'll be the first in line to say I told you so...lovingly, of course

Just thinking about some of the things makes me want to kill him!!!!smile67.gif

The hairs in and around the sink kills me!!! Especially after I have cleaned the bathroom!!!girl_werewolf.gif

Dont even get me started on the toenails, No lazy they dont belong on the floor they go in the Fing garbage!!!! His reply "Well why dont you cut them like my mom used too." Um no I am not your momma.

My FI leaves the powder from the work out drinks he makes ALL OVER the kitchen counter. And of course its not once a day but three fing times a day that I get to clean that up plus all the other times I have to clean after I cook.

Hmm what bugs me about my Steven??

1. I'm with EDSROSA - We have lysol wipes. Use them to clean up your little hairs after you shave.

2. He NEVER changes the bog roll. I know he uses it too so how he can use the loo so why not change it!

3. I'm not sure why his laundry can make it to the basket but the socks cannot. Huh? Why does my bedroom have to be littered with dirty socks?

I'm no angel though. I'm sure I can think of a couple things that bother him.

1. When I go shopping, which I do a lot (I live across the road from a mall) I leave my bags to pile up beside the TV. He's always after me to put my stuff away.

2. I don't drive. I can drive but I hate driving standard. So much so that I cry when I have to drive. Is it a real fear or just being spoiled. Perhaps a mix of both.

3. I m clumsy. I think last week alone I broke 3 things. A mug, a glass butter dish, and my favourite wine glass. Oops.

With all our quarks we've made it 7 years so far. I look forward to the many more to come.

OMG! This is too funny!

Mine are easy...

For me-

1- We have one of those mirrored medicine cabinets that you have to push on the mirror to have it pop open. He is forever leaving fingerprints all over the mirror.

2- He will put his dirty dishes on the counter NEXT to the sink, but never IN the sink!( Drives me CRAZY!)

3- (almost the same as above) He will lay his laundry on TOP of the laundry hamper instead of putting it inside!

For him-

1-I always make him go outside and turn on the grill for me even though I know how to do it.

2-I always forget to put a new roll of TP in the bathroom if I finish the roll.

3-I refuse to pump gas since we moved to PA, and will only stop at the gas station when I'm in Jersey. (I'm a Jersey girl, therefore never had to pump my own gas.) So both cars are always empty when he goes to drive somewhere.

I think this thread is hilarious and so accurate! lmao!

Him:

He's messy!! Socks, towels, doesn't matter..he's just messy.

He leaves garbage on the kitchen counter when the garbage can is about 2 feet from the counter.

He gets a new roll of toilet paper and doesnt put it on the holder.

Me:

He hates that I throw everything out when I clean lmao! I think I mightve thrown the deed to the house away.(Im sure we can figure a way to get another copy).

He hates that I give too many details when Im explaining something.

He hates when I interrupt him when hes talking (im just interjecting a thought!) lol

This is fun!!

Him:

- hairs on the sink, gross, and always after I have cleaned it (which apparently he can't do)

- he leaves puddles of water on the floor after he showers

- the first thing he does when he gets into bed is pull on the sheets so that they're not tucked in. He said his toes feel trapped if he doesn't

I'm no angel:

- I'm the one guilty of hitting the snooze button

- I watch TV in bed at night and it drives him nuts

- I watch the Hills. He will tolerate alot of the shows I watch (say yes to the dress included) but can't stand the Hills!!

LMAO... my FI does the exact same thing! It drives me crazy... especially when he pulls so much, my side comes un-tucked as well!

Another thing that drives me nuts is how we can both be sitting down watching TV not saying one word to each other and as soon as the phone rings and I start talking he wants to have a conversation with me. smile41.gif and as soon as I get off the phone he doesn't say one word to me.cool.gif

What a fun thread!! I totally agree with lots of these things!

Drives me nuts when:

-He leaves the toilet seat up, which is like 95% of the time...he's getting better though!

-He leaves hairs on the sink! I agree with everyone else.

-He talks to me about how his stocks are doing...like everyday.

-I ask him to clean and he does the bare minimum. For example, I'll ask him to clean the bathroom sink, but all he does is wipe off his hairs with a paper towel. Ugh!

I drive him nuts when (I interviewed him on these):

-I sometimes wake him up on weekends if I get up earlier and can't fall back asleep.

-I always make up some excuse to go to Target

-I crank up the AC when I get hot and the heater when I get cold

-I hog the TV to watch The Bachlorette, American Idol, SYTYCD, etc.

Funny Funny Funny...

For me:

1. Sloppy; leave clothes, bags, shoes, video games, etc. all over the place in the house and his car!

2. Doesn't get haircuts! I hate when his hair starts to grow out and he doesn't get a cut at least get a shape-up!

3. Talks very Loud when he is on the phone with his friends or on the x-box 360 headset!

4. Doesn't clean the toilet. * won't go into details* disgusting!

For him:

1. I talk to much

2. Talk over him and don't allow him to finish his sentence

3. nag

4. Always question him instead of just doing what he ask

***I guess all of the above can really be sub topics for #1!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
