hi kelly62 !

 

 

 I did notice that you guys are getting married the day before me soooooooooooo exciting isn't it. hope all your plans are going well. Its still up in the air the amount of people traveling with us, but around 30 for sure.

 

Im really layed back right now, but the months are counting down and  I'm sure I'll start to get more nervous and stressed out.

 

how are you plans going, so far?

Hi Ladies,

We are seriously looking at this hotel for our wedding in Feb 2012 (I know, I am early).

I just wanted to know what you had planned for your wedding dinner. I see that you can have a private dinner under those palapas(which looks amazing) Has anybody done that? What were your menu choice?

hi everyone! you are all an amazing help.  Any suggestions on which is better in terms of a) weather and B) price april or may for cuba travel?? or does it even matter?  have decided on this resort (ila) for 2012 and need to lock in a date so i can send the STD's out, I am also interested in having my dinner under the palapals....and the reception in the indoor gazebo.

Hi Daizeandconfuzzed.

I have heard nothing but great things about this resort. There is also plenty of picture on the Facebook group: Iberostar Laguna Azul Brides.

We are also getting married in 2012 but I can't send me STD yet since the prices and flight schedules are not out yet. Have you already received your quotes from a travel agent? I was told by many that April is a fantastic time to go. We're getting married early Feb 2012 and are taking our chances with mother nature. Hopefully, she'll be kind to us. Congrats on your wedding :)

i e-mailed one of the vendors on here for more info on group rates etc, i will def have to wait until april 2011 to send out std's too i guess that is when they get new info for the following year....but still havent heard back, the fb page is a huge help!!! it's soooo hard to plan things from sooo far i really never though there would be so much to do with a dw wedding LOL boy was i wrong!!! congrats to you too...can't wait for your review and pics!

Wow, that's soooo exciting!!!  Take lots of pictures and let us know how it goes!  Have you decided on where you want to have your ceremony & reception?  I would love to know more about the "party" options, other than renting the disco.  Looking forward to your review when you get back!!  Have a great time!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
