I do a lot of coupon using and as far as I know you can use multiple coupons if you have multiple items. For ex, if you have 10 coupons you can use them on 10 items. You just can't use 10 coupons for 1 item. Of course, I could be completely wrong :) I plan on buying the coupons too!

Thanks!!

Yup, same thing you can use 10 coupons on 10 items. Of course there are exceptions and some stores are more coupon friendly than others and each coupon has its own wording.

I really like hotcouponworld.com too. I really suggest picking one store and sort of learning the ropes that way. I started with Walgreens & CVS. Today is the first time I have ever used coupons at Target, but I did and I got 30 of the sunscreens! Very exciting!!! Walmart can be helpful too. One nice thread on that site is free or cheap stuff at Walmart. Its under the Walmart forum and it stays pretty updated. Target has a similar one too.

With coupons you can get free candy bars at CVS in a couple weeks, the coupons were a little pricey on ebay so I don't know if I will or not. Walgreens will have free shampoo & toothbrushes this week after their register rewards (you pay $3.49 and get 3.49 for a future purchase--don't use it on another shampoo or it won't print another). Walmart has Hefty One Zip bags for $1 and there are $1 coupons--I got these to send with my pre-travel brochure, so they will have a bag for their liquid carry-ons. Of course there are endless reasons to have baggies! I'm really thinking hard if there are other deals coming up soon that would be good for OOT bags. I will try to keep posting them as I see them, now that I've bought most everything I may overlook some deals, but I will keep an eye out.

Thanks so much for the tips. I thought I was a savvy shopper, but I have a lot to learn! I love it! I bought the coupons on ebay too... 20 coupons for $1.69. I can't wait to get them and go to Target!! Yay! Target is my happy place. LOL Actually, people who know me well call it "the mothership."

Aghhhhhh...I got my coupons this weekend and just went to target. The little dipshit at the register wouldn't let me use more than one coupon! I mean wtf?! Do you work for the coupon police or something? Now I am going to try the other Target, and maybe WalMart. If that doesn't work, then FI and I are going to have to make like 10 trips. I am so irritated right now!!!

Ooh, I would be hot too! I bought about 8 at a time, because I didn't want to look like the crazy coupon lady. I purposefully picked a teenage girl as the checker each time too. I would just try again with another person. How annoying! They also have coupons that expire 8/31 for the little Johnson & Johnson Red Cross First Aid kits - at Target for $.99 = FREE!!!

Okay! I received my coupons purchased from eBay for $1.69 for 20. I went to Target today & purchased 20 travel size tubes of Banana Boat sunscreen. I got to the register & the girl said "I don't think this coupon is for this size" - I said - sure it is. It just says "does not include lip balm". She looked at it again and said "oh, ok." Then she scanned it and the register said "does not match an item on the receipt." So she had to override all 20 coupons. It took awhile, but she did it! So essentially, the sunscreen was .99 cents... the coupons were $1.00 each. Target paid me .20 cents to take the sunscreen home. After my $1.69 purchase and then the .20 cents I got extra from Target (I purchased other stuff so the .20 cents came off the bill) - I got the 20 tubes of sunscreen for $1.49. Awesome!

Now I have to try that with the first aid kits!! Thanks for the tip Maggie!!

You ladies are the best!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
