Has anyone worked with a planner from Baja Weddings? I have been working with a planner from there and so far she seems good. Although they have never given me a formal "brochure" of their services and prices. Is that normal?

I'm working with Emlee from Baja Weddings on our wedding and have been very happy! We were in Cabo and met with her and the owner last week. I do believe their service is a little more expensive than some others I have seen quoted on this site. All in all, we have been extrememly pleased with the services they have provided and the vendors they have secured for us. Would be happy to answer any additional questions you might have.

jen - katie at weddings in paradise did sanny and olis pedregal wedding. i dont know if anyone here has used her but i know sanny was happy with her. no matter who you go with make sure you get a contract and everything in writing of course!

I am using Natalie with Baja Weddings and she has been great. She did send me their list of prices for various services and was happy to give me a quote for her services as well. The price for the WC is based on the number of guests you have because it changes the number of people they will need there on the day of. She told me that if we have more or less than we expect we can adjust that up to 30 dayd before and they adjust their price to match. We are paying $3,800 for 75 guests. I think that may be a little high compared to other companies but she is well worth it. I don't have to do anything and she has a lot of different vendors that she works with so I am not stuck with only one photographer or florist, etc.

I am heading to Cabo next weekend for site inspections and to meet my planner, Varinia. So far, she has been great. Especially since I can be a bit of a bridezilla when it comes to details. I also have a HUGE pet peeve if I have to repeat myself or if emails have grammatical and/or spelling errors. She has done none of that, so I'm very happy. I'll let you know how things went with her when I return from my trip.

Hello! I used Baja Weddings. We just got back from our wedding on June 12. We had Jo Ann with Baja. She was excellent. Everything actually came out even better than what we had planned. Our photographer was AMAZING! Baja had us with Francisco Estrada. He is wonderful. Everyone has commented on our pictures. He has a website that I had questioned Jo Ann on. She told me his website did NOT do him justice and she was absolutely right. Our flowers, dinner and cake were wonderful. I highly recommend Baja. Feel free to e-mail with any questions.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
