I am hoping to find a baker for the cake off the resort. There is no way I will pay $250 that is going to taste awful. Mo...let me know if you find the contact for the person that is baking yours.

      Thanks for the update Heidi.

Photography is a major part of our day. After everything is said and done pictures and the DVD are all that you really have left. Everything else is beautiful memory. I want my photos to be the absolute best if possible. I want my photographer to give us as much time as we need along with quality. I don't want a rush job. Maybe I am expecting to much, but that is why I decided to go with a photographer that is not from the resort.

JMHEIN - I got your emails of the pictures...thanks so much! I really do like them. I think you just need to tell Michael how you want your pictures to be and what is important to you and they will turn out great. Thanks again!

Sounds good. I was able to find articles on the bakery, but no contact information. I will just wait until you get back to get that. The articles have nothing but good things to say. =)

Hey ladies... I just got an e-mail from Chandalyn. She says we are allowed to use silk rose petals as an aisle for the ceremony. The aisle is about 15 yards long.

Are a lot of you using the silk rose petals??

If so, where can you get these? I'm thinking maybe I should look into this since the real rose petals are so expensive.

I am going to order them on-line. I don't know which company yet though. I want to have a dense aisle of rose petals, and that is a lot of rose petals. There was no way I was going to afford real petals. Even freeze dried petals would have costed about $1000 in order to do this. Silk petals were my best option. I will let you know when I find a good company to get the petals from.
