I actually got the DVD's, and they are very short workouts. The instruction and warm up removed, they are like 18 minutes, the same routine 8 times, and thats it, at least for booty beat. But...my legs were killing afterwards, so that is pretty good I guess.

Haven't checked out the tapes, but if you have a Flirty Girl studio in your city, it's a great idea for a bachelorette party.

 

A friend had her bachelorette party at the studio in Chicago and they had a BLAST!!

 

They offer a ton of different classes, but there's one called Video Vixen where you learn the dance moves to a Beyonce/ Shakira/Pussycat Dolls style music video -- how fun!

I live near Chicago and am on their email list. I really want to go! A friend of mine went and had the time of her life. She said there wasn't only skinny girls there and everyone was so nice. She also said not only was it fun, but she was sore the next day! Now that I've started a new job downtown (Chicago), I may be able to start going after work.

Hmm, I'm on the email list for the one in Toronto. I have thought about trying out one of the classes but haven't yet. I think I will look into it. I know FI would love it. I just feel like I will be totally akward and inept at it and don't really want to make a fool of myself in front of other people.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
