I've been sooooooooooo busy that I haven't chimed into this post in FOREVER! Well, we're leaving early Monday at 5am! Just finished packing...took me 4 hours with my mom's help...but it's finished, yahhh! We still need to finish our menu cards and maraca tags tomorrow. But that's pretty much it! I can't believe it's finally here...the year flew by!!!! Before you know it we'll all be married women, bored and missing this crazy planning! Good luck to every single January bride...can't wait to see pics :) Oh, and please send good vibes for nice weather in Riviera Maya...there's showers the majority of the week sad.gif But honestly, 70 degree rain is better than 18 degree CRAZY WIND that is happening in NJ right now!

i've been checking the weather too... hoping for clear skies on the 8th!!!

i didn't get much of anything done today. :/ i packed 1 of our 4 suitcases, and printed all of my email correspondence with the hotel & our photog. slacker!!! & we fly first thing wednesday morning.

Aimee! You have plenty of time! We leave in 17 hours, haha. We had to weigh our luggage and redistribute things to make sure they didn't exceed 50 lbs...no way are we paying extra!

Safe Travels to everyone!

 

I still can't believe it's January already!!! My big day is a little over a week away but we'll be leaving first thing on Friday morning. WOOHOO!

 

ENJOY everyone! We've all worked so hard already to ensure everything is perfect for the big day so don't forget to relax and take in every moment.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
