      TA Jennifer,

Great post. I highly recommend working with a certified Sandals specialist. It will make your planning process much easier.

We went with a friend of the family and by doing so I've have become more involved in the planning process. If I could do it all over again and knew about TA Jennifer before I booked, I would have booked with her!

        Hi Jennifer,

Do you know if the one complimentary person for every 12 paid double rooms (based on majority of night stays) applies to Beaches Turks and Caicos?

If so, what are the terms and conditions?

        Thanks!

          Hi Winnie!

As you are already working with a TA I would check with them that the group code & group contract is the same for Canadians as it is the US. It may be different and I would hate to provide erroneaous information to you!

They will also be able to review the terms & Conditions with you- it should be part of their consulattion and is one of the services that I provide to my brides.

My TA said I get a complimentary guest only after 25 guests for my beaches negril wedding.

            Is that true?
Also some of my guests have booked through another TA.m What are the disadvantages of that?

              Hi Jennifer,
We are already booked in a 1 br suite at Boscobel. Do you think they would let me use the upgrade for my mom?

                Hi Michelle!

I'd love to help but the answer depends on how you booked your stay and how your Mom booked hers! Your travel agent should have all the details and be able to accurately answer your question!

After reading through these posts I don't want anyone to get the idea that I am being evasive! There are a few ways to book a group for Sandals & Beaches- the group code, a standard group with Sandals or if going through a travel supplier a standard group but with different terms & conditions. And lastly Canadians may have entitrely different programs than those from the US.

When you guys have already booked it's impossible for me to advise exactly what the terms & conditions are for your booking. I highly encourage you to contact your travel agent or if you booked direct with Sandals to contact them to review those details ( and truly the TA or however you booked should have advised each of you prior to placing your deposit).
