I unfortunately can't look at the attachments Nicole, I haven't posted enough comments yet!  I also think I have those now, but thanks a bunch anyways!

Does anyone have input on how long your Processional/Bride Processional should be to get BM's and yourself from wherever you start to the end of the isle?  How long of a song(s) did you use? Thanks!

FYI if anyone was confused about Symbolic Ceremony, I confirmed with Yenezia today:

For the symbolic ceremony you don’t need any special paperwork. So don’t worry, maybe Elizabeth ask only for your passport during the meeting that you are going to have but that’s all.

Previous Brides!  When you got the Pres. Package, you were given the suite for the WHOLE trip correct?  Elizabeth is trying to tell me is it for only one night and we've been given the impression the entire time that we would have it the whole time/  Why would we want to move rooms for one day during our wedding trip??!!  Freaking out!!!

            Hi Sarah!

What did you find out on Presidential suite? Will you be getting it the whole week?

PS. Love your planning thread! Everything looks beautiful!

We are 95 days until we go! Not like I am counting or anything!

The planning is in full swing though.. didn't realize how much i still have left to do.

I sent an email to Yeniza yesterday with some questions.. maybe some one here already has the answers?

              1)      Can you confirm the pricing on the lounge furniture?

              2)      What is the cost for a day pass for guests just coming for the wedding?

              3)      What is the cost of bringing our own decorations for set up?

                 a)      Paper lanterns to be hung from ceiling  (roughly 20)

                 B)      Decorations for each table, with approximately 30 guests we plan to have 6 tables

                 c)       Decorations for the chairs on the beach for the ceremony?

              4)      What decorations are included with the free package?

              Thanks,

              Nicole

Thanks for the links Nicole, unfortunately I cannot read those yet though. I haven't posted enough yet.  I think I have those now though, thanks anyways!

sgreen99 - As far as I have seen/read it should be for your whole stay. Paying that much $$ for the presidential package and only getting it for the night is ridiculous. I was thinking about switching from my Transat package to the Presidential just for the suite but they said 'last minute' (2 months before my wedding) they cannot guarantee the room is still available. Its saving me a $1000 not switching so ultimately their loss. Wow 9 days you must be so excited!!

Nicole - The lounge furniture is $2500 pesos to rent. I am bringing everything for my decorations (centerpieces, chair sashes, table runners etc) and as far as I know the 'decoration/set up' should be included in your package that you bought.

                Extra guest is $240 pesos

Paper lanterns are $100 pesos each, the acrylic lighted balls are $200 pesos each.

I think the chair decoration is free as long as you aren't picking tiffany chairs, which I am, and its $5 CAD per chair.

Thats all I really know, hope it helps!

Wow 9 days you must be so excited!!  We had our suite for the full week we were there, although I didn't upgrade my package until about 3 months ahead of time - Presidential suite was already booked.  To compensate us for the difference we were given a suite in the Time Share bldg - top floor with a balcony overlooking the beach.  This suite was much nicer than the reg suites, but I saw some pictures of the Presidential and this suite was smaller.

I am bringing everything for my decorations (centerpieces, chair sashes, table runners etc) and as far as I know the 'decoration/set up' should be included in your package that you bought.  Set up may not be included - I took all my own decorations including paper lanterns and I had to pay per lantern for having them hang from the palapa.  I can't remember how much it was per lantern, I'm thinking about $5 US.  There is also a delivery fee for the lounge furniture, about 500 pesos if I recall correctly.

Hi ladies! We just recently got home from our wedding at the GS November 23, 2012. I am currently working on our extensive review of our stay, so hopefully I can help settle your worries and answer some questions!
