Daily? That's crazy! But it's articles like this that I could totally understand doing it daily! LOL!

Hey girls, while we're talking laundry, can somebody tell me what "permanent press" and "heavy duty" is ? I always wondered...

In France the machines ask you to chose between "cotton", "synthetic", "delicate"... I have no idea what "permanent press" might mean smile72.gif

You can add me to the every 3 weeks group. A few years ago on Oprah, she did this special on germs and household things like the sheets. Oprah said you are supposed to change them every 2-3 days. I guess when you have a staff of a thousand you can do that! The grossest thing I learned from that episode though, is that your kitchen sink has more germs than your toilet. I'm so paranoid about my friggin kitchen sink now, I am forever scrubbing it with bleach!

Now I want to vomit...I was googling articles about germs and found this...

Any time you transfer underwear from the washer to the dryer, you’re getting E. coli on your hands. Just one soiled undergarment can spread bacteria to the whole load and machine.

Reduce the risk: Run your washer at 150 degrees (you can check the temperature of your washing-machine water with a candy thermometer) and wash whites with bleach (not the color-safe type; it doesn’t pack the same punch), which kills 99.9 percent of bugs. Transfer wet laundry to the dryer quickly so germs don’t multiply, wash underwear separately (there’s about a gram of feces in every pair of dirty underwear) and dry for at least 45 minutes. Wash your hands after laundering.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
