shelbyfl, I bought the Glassine Envelope on Ebay - you can email William P. Athens nolastampshop@gmail.com phone no. 504-471-0333 The measurements are 4 1/4" Wide x 2 1/2 High

 

 

I used Avery - Clear Filing Labels #5029 for your tears of joy wording. On Microsoft Word use 5366 as your choice of labels. I'm attaching the template for you and anyone else that wants it.

 

Just so you know I used the same envelope for the Lottery Scratch off favor.

If anyone is interested in the passport information I'll attach the word Document with all the information. Use Avery clear Easy Peel shipping Labels #5664 size 3 1/3"x4". Start a new word document under labels-you can choose 5164 as your chose of labels. copy, paste infor on each label.
