Wedding items packing list

when I tried searching for this, I could only find vacation packing lists, but I wanted a list of all the wedding items I needed to pack (so I wouldn't forget anything)... So I made my own! I added items that I'm bringing down and thought I would post it in case other brides need a check list of this sort..

 

Hope this helps! Let me know if you think I'm missing anything!

 

Here's my wedding (vacation clothes and stuff on different list) packing list:

 

-Wedding dress (!)

-Veil & clip and MANY bobby pins

-Wedding shoes

- Wedding flipflops for reception

-Strapless bra for wedding dress

-Tiara

-wedding Earrings/necklace

-False eyelashes/makeup/teeth whitener strips for touchup

-Hairspray

- Wedding bands

-Curling iron

-Flat iron

-Wedding vows copy

-Copy of ALL emails with wedding planner & vendors

-Real touch Flowers (bouquets/boutonnieres/centrepieces)

-Starfish (decoration for table)

- seating cards

-Guest favours

-6 candles (table decoration)

-6 candle holders

-table runner

-Groom's suit

-Ring pillow

-Reception dress

-Wedding itinerary/ welcome letter

-Ipod with reception music playlist

-Guest book

-White chalk (covers wedding dress stains)

-Votive candles

-Bridesmaid & groomsmen gifts

-Groomâ€s gift

-Marriage certificate?

-Budget of costs to compare with hotel bill

 

Possible items for other brides:

- lanterns and batteries/wiring

- straw fans for guests

- OOT bags

- parasols

I would add :)

-scissors (for the last minute wedding project)

-ribbon (in case you need extra)

-tape (for favors or god knows what else)

-safety pins (in case something needs to be pinned for your or bridesmaids)

-travel sewing kit (in case your dress needs a quick fix)

-table numbers if you don't have them made by the resort

-extra cardstock in case you need to make anything while you are there

-copy of your invitation for photo op

-ipod speakers for the room while you are getting ready

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.
