My house is Michael Jackson central for the weekend. A lil' Jackson 5, then The Wall album, and a full day of Thriller.....gotta be done. Nothing and no one like the man and never will be.

This is a sad day. To think that our kids won't know MJ or might only remember Wacko Jacko.

I wonder if this is how our parents felt when Elvis died?

Wow, that's so true Erin! I bet you're probably right. He was a legend too and was definitely a little wacky when he died as well (too early also)...

Off the wall is one of my faves! Hell, at least 12 songs of his are my favorites. Talk about hit records, he has too many to recall offhand!

Erin you are totally right with the comparison to Elvis. I grew up with MJ and LOVE his vintage stuff. I have a ton of his music on my ipod and there is nothing better than a little MJ to get a party started! So sad...Thriller was my 1st concert and I LOVED it
