I'm so sorry that this happened to you & that you're going through this. I just wanted to say that its definitely never too late to do a BD session. I know its disappointing & that you wanted this as a gift before your wedding, but you could still have it done as his anniversary gift, a birthday gift, even for Valentines day or Christmas or a just because gift!

I did mine for my anniversary so I hope that this negative experience doesn't deter you from trying again.smile03.gif

And thanks for your honest review!

I am so sorry to hear about your experience!! As bad as you felt writing the review, you shouldn't! You had a bad experience and wanted to save others from having a similar one. I hope you get your deposit back...along with an apology!! Good luck!

what a crappy way for her to conduct business! i'm with billysbride - don't feel bad at all for giving a bad review. it was truthful and she sucks at her job for treating you like that.

i'm sorry that what should have been a great experience for you was such a poopy one. sad.gif shots.gif

sounds like a mess! Sorry you had to deal with this.

Are you still going to do BD pics? I think you should find another photographer & still take them. I didn't do them before my wedding, but I'm now giving them to my husband for a 1-yr gift (tomorrow!)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
