I purchased the bottles from O. Berk company 908 851 9500 spoke with Dee but I had to buy 144 bottles. I sent out 100 invites out and the rest my bridal party used them as shower favors filling them with bath lotion, bubble bath and bath salts. I'm not sure if this will help but if you don't need so many bottle, the type of bottle they are "4oz oil sample bottlle" maybe do an ebay sreach for them. The printing I had done at Printing Plus 845 928 6610 spoke with Frank they did all the lay out on the info cards only and return cards and envelopes. I did the printing on the message in the bottle and burnt the edges myself (paper from Staples cooper color). The boxes where from an online store can't remember where. The sand and ribbon and the shred wood from a craft store. The material for the top of the inside of the box is the fabric that they use inside of books. (I purchased one of the scrap rolls cheap) then I edge the board with vinyl stripping to finish the look. I hope this helps. If you have any questions please let me know...
