My grandma passed away yesterday :(

Thanks Erin. I'm doing ok since the funeral. It definitely has me thinking alot, just about life, our family, etc. I think my mom is doing ok. Its probably going to take her a while to feel normal again though. She was going to the nursing home every night to spend time with my Gram and I'm sure it'll be a huge change to not have to go there any more. That time of day will probably be the hardest since she won't be going to see her. Also, for my siblings and I, this is the first person in our family to pass away when we are old enough to actually know what's going on. Its a strange feeling. Really though, the funeral made me feel better about it. Idk why, but being in the cemetery was comforting.

Also, it seems my Gram had a good last day. She woke up early, had breakfast and coffee, had her hair done and played some bingo (which she loved). Knowing all of that makes us all feel a little better.
