Jen's Amazing Dreams Cancun Wedding Review

Recommended Posts

Great review & Pics Jen!! Congrats again.

It sounds like you had a fabulous time :) I am ecited that you used Juan Navarro as I am using him too. I think if you don't upgrade you get him for 90 mins right?? I guess I will find out soon, as We leave on Saturday!! :-)

The situation with the Video guy sounds shady. Hmm...We will be there a full 4 days after the wedding so hopefully there will not have to be shipping involved.

Anyway...I am so happy for you and everything sounded great! :-)

Definitely well worth it!

Our biggest issue was we were leaving the day after. You should be fine. I am glad I printed all my materials to reference. I printed all photo packages, video packages, all emails, etc.

I get teary eyed just thinking it is over. It was magical and wonderful but I really wished I could have stayed a few more days. We cancelled our Honeymoon cuz of work reasons and really could have used the down time. We took off Monday and sleep til 12 so that helped...ok babbling on now. hijacked.gif

Great review!! You pictures are so beautiful and so are you! It is so good to hear that everything went smoothly for you. Is there any way that you could post some pics of the beach reception set up? I haven't really been able to get a good idea of what it will look like. Thanks so much, and again you look gorgeous!

Congratulations Jen!! I'm so glad you had a great time and that they took good care of you!

I'm sorry about the A/C thing in your room, that's a bummer, the same thing happened to us when we were there, but they were able to fix it.

You looked beautiful and I love your flowers. Congratulations again!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
