Is it possible to find?

Recommended Posts

I know it is reall early in my planning but is it possible to have found my dress?.. this is my 2nd mariage so I pretty much know what, how I want my wedding to be and the theme. I am 5'10 so I have to get the extra length and I am getting it in white..whereas the only color I could try on was ivory...I tried on 4 but this was the one...

I went to Alfred Angelo yesterday after stalking their site..lol.. and tried on MY dress!! I am gonna go to David's & some other bridal shops to look but I know this is my dress!

Thoughts/opinions welcome!

It's very pretty! I found my dress on my first trip over a year before my date. If you tried it on and felt like it was "the one", then it probably is. Go to David's and try others on, and if you don't like anything else, go back and buy the dress. They're going to have to order it which can take months, and it's one less thing on your to-do list!

Keep us posted!

Yup, it's entirely possible. But take it from someone who ended up finding several "the ones" before truly feeling the lightening strike.....keep trying on dresses. You've got the time to keep looking even if you don't find anything that makes you FEEL it like this one does. You can always order it in a couple of months after you've exhausted your style search.

But it is GORGEOUS and definitely suits your figure!

When I got engaged in the summer of the 2007 I went shopping at the beginning of 2008 and tried on 2 dresses, picked the "one" and ordered it in Feb 2008 and I'm getting married in 2 weeks. Its definitely possible to find the one so soon. I have never regretted my decison. I knew what type of dress I wanted though. If you know, you know.

It's definitely possible to find "the dress" already -- and I can see why -- you look fabulous! Since it's so much fun to shop, you might as well if you have time and energy, but I'm certain that it's nice to know that you can check that box off! Congrats!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
