I didn't dress up at all. We had our Legal Ceremony 3 days before our Cabo one and I wore tights, a flowy top and boots....it was cold out. If I find a pic i'll post it

Thanks Ladies! I am looking for a cute white dress to wear but haven't found one! I think we will probably go out to an early dinner afterwards. I only told my immediate family about it I didn't have the heart to hide it from them No one else knows, it makes things easier that way. And I think I might get a nice bottle of wine for my FI (Husband at that point!) and I once we get back home!

We had our legal day this past Tuesday. We went in the middle of the work day so we weren't wearing anything special. It was literally about the paperwork for us, so afterward we came home popped open the laptops and finished out the work d ay on the sofa. Real romantic I know, but like some of the other girls our DR wedding is the big day. No one knows about the courthouse wedding - we even had to borrow the judicial secretaries for witnesses! LOL!

Well, its pretty much impossible for me to keep a secret from my family because we see them/talk to them almost everyday so we are probably just going to meet immediate family for dinner after we have our legal ceremony with just the 2 of us. I am planning on getting a white sundress to wear, pretty simple.

I need to find something to wear. I like the idea of keeping it casual. We are geting legal on our lunch hour, both our parents are coming to be there, then we will take a lunch, then I have to go back to work. Booo!

but I am excited, even tho Mexico will be our wedding date, the legal day will be fun too!

I haven't really thought about what to wear either. We won't be doing the legal ceremony until October though, so I have some time. We'll have our parents there, and my sister. Probably just go out to eat afterwards. It will be SO hard not to tell everyone!
My FI mentioned maybe having a "mini" reception and invite people from work and a few friends (who won't be invited to the wedding), but now I'm not so sure about that!

So I have been trying to find a white dress before winter comes (I am worried there will be no springy-white dresses then) and am having NO luck at all. Any one have any ideas or suggestions?

I just got 2 super cute dresses from Forever21...

I originally bought a lacy cream one (no longer on the website) and then found this one:
Which I think I'll use as a reception dress if it's too hot on the actual wedding day.

But F21 still has tons of nice white dresses online!
