Help me if you can, please!

I'm glad everything worked out, but I hope it's a lesson learned. 1. Get things in writing. 2. when getting things for free, be more understanding and appreciative. Granted, this guy DID promise you a book for your time- that's it. No time line was agreed upon, so you would think you would be a TAD more understanding that you didn't have a quick turn around.

Remember- photogs are business people. Not fairy godmothers. They def don't want to give up their time for nothing either.

I don't think I would have been as bummed had I not been in contact with the other girl to find out she recieved her book a little less then two weeks after her shoot. But all is well now.

Okay....here we are going on 1 month since he told me he would order my book....still no book and not contact with him. I have attempted to call and email with no responce. I have given up hope that I will get this anniversary gift I so wanted to do. I wasted time and money to have this done and have nothing to show from it. I will NEVER use his company again and will NEVER give his name out for anybody looking for a photographer. This has been the worst experience ever.

I am happy that the other girl got her book.

I actually got my book YESTERDAY. I can tell you this much....VERY disappointed in the quality and the size concidering I waited 2 and a half months for it. It was free so I wasn't expecting anything extravagent...but a 5x5 book...come on. And it really looks like it was printed on a home printer. The pages are matte and not glossy. I am just very disappointed with it. I am beyond words and I don't know how to approch him now about the disk....I want the disk so I can create Jeremy a book on my own using the pictures I think are the best. Ugh! Happy I FINALLY got it though.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
