Mazarte Floral vs. Flower Cart

Hi Everyone,

I am having a tough time in deciding who to choose...mazarte floral or the flower cart. They both seem to do amazing work and their prices are very comparable. And they also both have great reviews. Any input would be helpful. Thank you!!!smile03.gif

I quoted Mazarte, Flower Cart, Blossom and Rayen. There all have wonderful designs but at the end, the cheapest was Rayen. I was scared that for saving money, I was going to have problems with the flowers but I was wrong! The flowers were beautiful (mango callas, circus roses and mini orchids) and everything looked amazing! They arrive at the time we agreed and their work was flawless. Definitely thumbs up! Whoa, $15,000?!?!?! Sounds like you are planning some pretty elaborate floral decor! I am using Florenta. Our wedding is about 60 people and we were able to stay right around $1,000 for floral. This includes the chuppa, my bouquet of 50 roses, 3 bridesmaids bouquets, petals for the aisle and low profile centerpieces.

I'm working with the Flower Cart and was quite happy with their prices (wedding Feb. 2010). Leone has been fabulous to work with and my mother met her in November when she was in Cabo. She said the flowers were beautiful and the staff super friendly. They will deliver the bouquets to us at the ME for an additional $6.00.

Hello-

I was wondering if you can share who you are using as your florist. Sounds very reasonable. We are getting married in Cabo this August. We are being quoted $1000+ for 2 bouquets and 5 small centerpieces. Sounds a bit much.

Thank you.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
