Karen, they fit pretty true to size- I wear an 8 or an 8.5, and bought an 8. They fit perfectly, but my feet are a little on the narrow side... Hope that helps!

Wow. This thread is way too much fun. I love the bird cake toppers. Like KittenHeart I never even thought of a cake topper, but now it is going on my Christmas list. So cute. And a perfect memento!
