Do you guys have a moore's in the states? Or Clasy? I will be sending my FI there for his tan/beige suite I know they have really good deals. And if you want to save money you can rent them. They even have all the casual looks.

sunday was a SUCCESS!!! so, i'm totally the girl that was all "yea, we're gonna go casual...put him in a pair of pants and a shirt..." ummmm, riiiight. thank you thank you macy's men & home (50% off)!! the second aaron put on that white hugo boss suit...i think i creamed my pants. HA - seriously, he looked so hot - no way in hell was i going to have him wear anything else! still need to get a bold and beautiful shirt to wear under, but that should be easy. theory has a gorgeous teal button down, but it was too short for his torso. pictures to come, i promise!! i'll have a lil photoshoot soon.

 

my dress is ivory, but i'm not too worried about the white on ivory thing, especially because i'm throwing so many colors in the mix.

 

also, erin, thank you so much for the compliment on the invites...i read your post on that thread - you are so sweet!! if you want some poop stickers of your own, that can be arranged. hehe. the ducks and goggles started at a friend's wedding about a year ago...she said they were having a photobooth at the wedding and there was no way in hell i was travelling all the way to texas without props for the pictures! a large bag of costumes (wigs, masks, etc) in tow...and aaron and i just each flocked to the duck mask and the goggles. ever since those are our go-to props for all of our parties! teehee.

 

caribbeanlover - i've never heard of clasy or moore's here in the bay area or in socal. maybe it's similar to kohl's or loehmann's?

alright, lady - these pictures really suck (bad lighting - ugh!!)...i sense some urgency in your posting voice...hehe...if you have coupons, dude GO TO MACY'S NOW!! this suit was 50% off, and there were only 2 left - 1 of which was humongous. even the one we got, his pants are huge and have to be taken in a few sizes (he's got a binder clip on in the pix. lol)

 

i will make the FI put the suit on at home and take better pictures to post for you guys. if i get motivated when i get home, i'll take a nice pic of it on hanger next to my dress to see how the white/ivory looks.

My challenge is that I see my FI in shirt & tie for work every single day so I have to find something that is going to make him stand out differently from that! I'm so excited though!!!!!!

echo2- yay for date twins!! yes I do have my dress and it should be arriving next week don't worry, it took me forever to find a dress don't be discouraged.

doblauvelt - i dunno if this is the right style info...AUGUST/HEISE 10110. nothing pops up when i google it, but maybe macy's can help you. it was on clearance so i'm assuming it is past season. we found it in the hugo boss red label boutique-y part of the store.

I love the suit!!! and 50% off! that's amazing. I even told the FI that you guys got the suit and your getting married after us. Time for him to get his butt in gear. I think I'll have to drag him. If i can get one close to yours I'll be a lucky lady!

I have the same problem,the FI works in a suit I would have like to see something different, but my dress is the church type. Not casual enough for him to go casual style!!

I haven't been to Moore's yet....My dress is super traditional, so it woudn't make sense for my future husband to dress down like he wants to, it will look funny....maybe once I get him in there he will change his mind
