You guys are driving me insane!!!!

I have/had all these wonderful ideas what I want to do. Then I join this thread and get so much more which is great. So I finally settled on my colors and what I think I want to do for my invitations. Well I am fine with my colors however because of all the wonderful invites I see from all you on here makes me so indecisive. Its like I see how I want it then I read posts and my mind goes off in different directions. I thought my STD's were nice but compared to you ladies on here they look cheap .

oh I hear ya lady! Especially w/ my dear MarieSam, she kills me! We are both getting married in the same town which there aren't many of us on here doing it there and we have the same WC so as soon as she finds out something she tells me and what do ya know I have to have it too and rearrange my budget!. My bank account will probably do really well after June 26th when my dear MarieSam should NO LONGER be planning!!!!!!!

Evil MarieSam Evil, JK. Its just crazy. I was talking to my FI about OOT bags he goes why dont we make sure we have money for the wedding before we buy this extra stuff. UGH he is right however the Visaprint offers are to good to pass up, hahaha.

i had the same problem. everytime i saw something on this site i had to run out and get it. I went way overboard. For example my oot bags had so much stuff in it, i think it was kind of overwhelming for my guests because they forgot everything that was in there and just used a few items. I would of been better off not getting a bunch of stuff for my oot bags and just narrowing it down to a few items i thought they would really enjoy. So maybe take a step back and wait a little bit so you make sure you get things that area really important to you first and than go nuts on all the things that are great but not your must haves. those vista print offers are always around. i must get a vista print email every week.

scubadiva, I know what ya saying. My date isn't until 7/2010 and I can't wait to send out stuff and start buying stuff. I want to settle on my date so that I can go ahead and send my STD's that should be coming in this week...(I'm doing MIB. Bottles, sand, etc should arive in the next couple of days.) You see no one knows about my plans and I want to surprise them. (FI and I have been together for 25 years!) So no one is expecting this. I've kept the secret, but dear FI has already told some band members. Can't even keep a secret!

25 years!!!! WOW Congrats I can't even imagine how excited you are to surprise everyone!!!!

Ditto-all of it.

 

My wedding was going to be so simple and cheap before I got all these fabulous ideas. But I know that my wedding is for me (and FI) and no matter how much or little I take away from what everyone else has done it will be perfect!

 

That being said....WOW there are some amazing, creative and imaginative minds at work on these forums. I'm excited about some of the things I never would have thought about doing and happy I will be including them in my planning.
