Picture isn't showing up.. BUT go barefoot, it's hard enough walking in the sand without shoes, I can't imagine how it would be with shoes. Plus the sand in the flip flops would bug the crap out of me.. But maybe that's just me. :-)

Oh course I can't find the pair I bought, but Bakers has some super cute simple silver flip flips for cheap. I got a pair for $19.99. They're plain silver...so cute. Here are a few others that I really wanted, but resisted. Anyway, I'm not wearing shoes at the ceremony but wanted a pair to wear down there and at the reception...

I went to Nordstroms' Rack in Glendale and bought a bunch of cute sort of fancy sandals and flip-flops. Check out the one in Costa Mesa:

My dress is champagne so I bought some shoes with gold and some in a more champagne color. Basically what I did was buy like 5 pairs and brought them all to my fitting and then returned the ones I'm not goign to wear... the dangert is I ended up keeping 4 of the 5!

Good luck! The great thing is they have some really nice, expensive shoes at good prices... that's why you can buy more than one!

Also Macy's has a huge shoe section...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
