Our STDs are done! They aren't too amazing but i'm pretty happy with them. I'm really pleased at how affordable they were and that I was able to personalize them to each guest. The color of the jackets isn't really the green I wanted but it was better than paying $20 for individual sheets from a craft store. Here's some picts... Click the image to open in full size.

Here's the website I used to download the templates: DIY: Boarding Pass Invitation / Save The Date - Aylee Bits

Jacket paper - Office Depot - $6.99 (pk of 250 sheets)
pass paper - Hobby Lobby - 4.99/pk (I got 2 packs but Hobby Lobby was
having 50% off cardstock so I only paid $5)
Envelopes - Card Stock, Vellum Paper, Envelopes, Metallic Cardstock, Invitation Cards Specialty Wedding Stationery - Paperandmore.com - $21 (#10 policy envelopes)
    mailing labels - walmart - 4.22

Fiskar rotary trimmer - Michaels - $23.99 (normally more but they were
    having 40% off)
Corner punch - Michaels - $3.50 (50% off on sale)
    Paper trimmer blades - Michaels - $11.58

I'm sure they will! I wish the jackets were a little nicer but oh well. Last night I came home with a bride and groom rubber stamp for the back of the envelopes and told my fiance I would do it after I got dinner made and we ate. Before I even got two grocery bags emptied he'd stamped them all! LOL! He's been in a hurry to get them out yet says it's probably the most pointless thing he's ever done. I'm rolling my eyes.

Forgot to say that I used "Dot N Go" glue dots to close the jackets. It came in a handy little dispenser. I got mine at Walgreens and probably paid a bit more than anywhere else (around $5 I think). My only issue was that the dots were pretty wide and now the passes won't go completely inside the jackets. I was going to fix it but got talked in to leaving it - since sometimes your pass sticks out a little anyway....
