Does anyone know how that works as far as using multiple airlines, group discounts, etc?
First off, HOW COOL that your in laws are paying for everyone!!! WOW!!

Second, I would go to a TA to coordinate the airfare. I'm pretty sure they can do it cause that's their job, and if not they can point you in the right direction. They will have a lot more info!

We had 24 people attend our wedding in Las Caletas, Mexico on May 24th, 2009!

We all stayed at The Marriott in P.V., and Honeymooned at The Royal Plantation in Ochos Rios, Jamaica!

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcomes and helpful replies!!! I can't tell you have excited I am to have found this site... I was definitely getting to that point where the frustration sets in and I felt like I was never going to figure all this out I guess it's time for me to venture out into some of the other parts of the forum and get some advice on specific topics.

      Thanks again!

I called the Xcaret resort reservation number. When I talked to them, I told them I needed to talk to the wedding coordinator and they put me through directly. They answer the phone in Spanish, but just talk back in English and they understand. Hope this helps.
